Rotaxane Based on Bis-Porphyrin Threaded onto Bis-Viologen Macrocycle

Abstract: Rotaxanes have been prepared using benzenelinked bis-porphyrin or bis-zinc porphyrin as a string component and bis-viologen as a macrocyclic ring component.
