Abstract

Under the background of urban delicacy governance, the application of "Internet + X" in urban production and living products has produced a large amount of personal data. The establishment of an analytic platform for big data has offered an effective path for urban residents that provides accurate public administration and services through the collection, processing, analysis and guidance of personal information. The article will take the application and innovation of Singapore's big data public service mode as an example, analyze the application of big data in public transportation, health care, community service and urban poverty in Singapore. It will also analyze the application of big data in three key areas, such as urban planning and land management, balance of residence, regulation and control of public transportation resources, which lead the guidance on its path selection.
