Routine Dyspnea Assessment on Unit Admission

Abstract: OVERVIEW Dyspnea assessment is valuable in diagnosis, prognosis, symptom management, and targeted intervention, and in the allotment and management of patient care resources. The assessment of dyspnea, like that of pain, depends on patient self-report.
