“…Eosinophilia (11) and S-100 protein-positive dendritic cell infiltration (12) are also known to be good prognosis-associated inflammatory reactions in colorectal carcinoma. However, the clinicopathological significance of prominent neutrophilia in CIC or colorectal carcinoma remains unclear, although one study (13) reported no relationship between such features and MSI-H endometrial carcinoma. Pří-tomnost peritumorózních lymfocytů sama o sobě má senzitivitu predikce MSI 54 % se specifičností 76 %.…”
