Abstract:Accurate, selective, and sensitive reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) and thin-layer chromatography (TLC)-densitometry methods have been developed and validated for determination of oxfendazole in the presence of its alkaliinduced degradation product.
