RSB: Robust Successive Binarization for Change Detection in Bitemporal Hyperspectral Images

Abstract: The Earth’s observation programs, through the acquisition of remotely sensed hyperspectral images, aim at detecting and monitoring any relevant surface change due to natural or anthropogenic causes.
