Ruptured mycotic aneurysms

Abstract: Two cases of ruptured mycotic aneurysms in intravenous drug abusers are presented. The pathogenesis, clinical presentation, radiological diagnosis, and management of mycotic aneurysms are discussed. Early diagnosis and therapy are required to salvage these patients.
