The advent of the Internet envisions a cashless society by enabling financial transactions through digital payments. Significantly, the emergence of coronavirus (COVID-19) disrupted our traditional cash handling means and triggered an inflexion point for switching towards contactless digital payments from physical cash payments. Furthermore, Internet of Things (IoT) technology escalates digital payments to the next level by enabling devices to render goods and services without requiring any human interaction. This research proposed an IoT-enabled cashless vending machine that incorporates both cloud computing and payment gateway for ordering and purchasing items through digital payment systems by using a mobile application. The system enables a pre-installed mobile application to scan the Quick Response (QR) code attached to the body of a vending machine, opens the portal of a webbased virtual machine through the code, allows user to choose and order items from the virtual vending, initiates and authorizes a digital payment through an IoT gateway installed inside the physical vending machine by establishing a connection between user's and vendor's financial entities, and finally, dispenses the ordered items by unlocking the shelves of the vending machine after the successful payment transaction. It operates in the Arduino platform with an ATmega 2560 Microcontroller and Esp8266 Wi-fi module as hardware components, mobile application software, and payment gateway API. The system performed an average response time of 14500 milliseconds to pick a product after running 150 consecutive API test calls. This result shows a satisfying time for enhancing customers' buying experiences with digital payment systems and a customizable and cost-effective IoT-based intelligent vending machine to introduce for mass production.

In combat sports, the team members take attack and defense as the core of sports, and the technical movements are not periodic and the application process is irregular. During the competition, observe the opponent’s neutral position, judge timely, and react quickly. At the same time, athletes are required not only to master skilled technical movements but also to have rapid and accurate adaptability. In order to improve athletes’ rapid response ability, according to the rapid response training scheme, a combat response training tester based on a force-measuring intelligent sensor and digital circuit is designed to improve the athletes’ response ability. Firstly, a comprehensive test system of combat trainer is designed based on the intelligent force-measuring sensor and MSP430, which can measure the response time, speed, and strength of boxing. Secondly, a wavelet filtering algorithm is used to filter the sensor measurement data. Finally, the striking force and striking time of each action are recorded by sensors and data acquisition devices to reflect the striking effect and reflect the “accurate” objectives of the project characteristics. Based on the noninterference and anti-interference of e-touch piezoelectric film, it can be made into universal force-measuring sensors of different specifications for fight competitions according to needs. After being connected into a module network in parallel, it can be connected with the microcontroller to determine the hit area. In addition, the team reaction training test device has laid a foundation for the scientific evaluation of improving the team members’ reaction ability and attack defense conversion ability. The launch of the comprehensive ability tester for combat athletes introduces the previous fuzzy evaluation of athletes’ comprehensive ability into a new way of scientific quantitative measurement and evaluation, which will provide a scientific basis for the selection of combat vibration items, the regulation of training process, the inspection of training effect, and the formulation of enrollment and examination standards for sports colleges and universities. The results show that the instrument can obtain the parameters of hitting strength, strength endurance, hitting speed, speed endurance, hitting impulse, and hitting power of sports biomechanics on the group of fighting events, which provides a reliable basis for coaches to implement teaching and training for athletes.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has changed our lives significantly. Although IoT provides new opportunities, security remains a key concern while providing various services. Existing research methodologies try to solve the security and time-consuming problem also exists. To solve those problems, this paper proposed a Hashed Advanced Encryption Standard (HAES) algorithm based efficient key management system for internet-based lightweight devices in IoT networks. The proposed method is mainly divided into two phases namely Data Owner (DO) and Data User (DU) phase. The DO phase consists of two processes namely authentication and secure data uploading. In authentication, the registration process consists of three phases namely KGC, SCC and DVC. In Key Generation Center (KGC), the device ID is converted into a 128-bit hash key using the Point on Curve based Fowler-Noll-Vo (PoC-FNV) algorithm. In DVC, the Data Access Policy (DAP) is created by using the selected attributes which is in turn selected by using the Chen Chaotic Chimp Optimization Algorithm(CCCOA). Thus, the authentication information is stored in the blockchain. If the person is an authorized, then the data is securely stored and uploaded into the cloud server using HAES. In the DU phase, the DU sends the data access request to the blockchain then the blockchain forwards the request to the DO, if the DO accepts the request then the DU obtains the data by using the DAP. Finally, the performance of the proposed method is compared with the existing methods and attains better result than the existing research methodologies.
