Abstract:Oat (Avena sativa L.) is the most consumed cereal as whole grain with valuable healthy nutritional content worldwide, where the Brazilian ranking in South America’s first position accounts for 95% in national production. The occurrence of mycotoxin as well as glyphosate residues was evaluated in 615 post-hulled oat grain from 2019 to 2021 crop.
