Safety Modality for X-linked Severe Combined Immunodeficiency Gene Therapy

Abstract: X-linked severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID-X1), caused by a defect of the cytokine receptor common gamma chain (γc), has been successfully treated by gene therapy in the clinic.
