Abstract: INTRODUCTION: The sympathetic nervous system and the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) are the cornerstones of cardiovascular adaptation.Autonomic dysfunction produces symptoms that overlap with hypofunction of the RAAS, namely hypoaldosteronism.
