Abstract:An analytic theory has been developed for the scattering of electromagnetic plane wave from a perfect electromagnetic conducting (PEMC) cylindrical object coated with a general bi-isotropic (BI) material. The proposed problem has been solved using cylindrical vector wave function expansion approach along with the application of tangential boundary conditions.
