Scheduling and Traffic Policing for Variably Demanding Video Traffic Integrated with Voice and Data Traffic in 4th Generation Wireless Networks

Abstract: In this paper, we present an effective mechanism for scheduling and traffic policing in 4th generation wireless networks.
