Science Popularization as an Element of Innovative Communications

Abstract: Current problems in popularizing science are considered in their relationship with the building of the national innovation system (NIS) of Russia. It is shown that for the creation of effective innovative communications in society, an innovative culture should predominate, contributing to a positive, constructive, and active perception of new knowledge, discoveries, and inventions.
