Abstract: Background: Cell clustering is a prerequisite for identifying differentiallyexpressed genes (DEGs) in single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) data.Obtaining a perfect clustering result is of central importance for subsequentanalyses, but doing so is not easy.
