Abstract:This paper highlights the importance of Thematic Apperceptive Techniques (TATs) in personality assessment and emphasizes that these techniques facilitate articulation, predict behavior in real life settings, contribute to incremental validity, less prone to faking or deliberate deception, and useful in intervention.
