3D printing of high solid Al2O3 ceramics based on green and renewable photosensitive resin with low viscosity and low shrinkage

Abstract: A low‐viscosity bio‐based carbamate acrylate was synthesized by the reaction of pentamethylene diisocyanate derived from pentanediamine with a low molecular weight acrylate hydroxyl ester. The carbamate acrylate was used in the 3D printing of ceramics, and a correlation between the solid content and viscosity of the ceramic slurry was observed.
