Abstract:Posterior polymorphous corneal dystrophy (PPCD) is a dominantly inherited corneal endothelial disorder, typically considered bilateral and asymptomatic. We report a case of bilateral PPCD that presented as an incidental finding on routine ophthalmic examination. Related visual prognosis is discussed.
