“…Regional economic development is a process whereby local governments and their communities manage existing resources and form a partnership pattern between the local government and the private sector to create new jobs and stimulate economic growth (Behrens & Thisse, 2007;Yudhistira & Sofiyandi, 2018;Fattah & Rahman, 2013).
