Abstract:SUMMARYThis paper proposes a method of measuring the twodimensional pose of an object by means of a voting process based on the geometrical parameters of selected future pixels. The proposed method can measure the location and inclination of an object even if the object has an arbitrary two-dimensional pose in an image. In the template registration process, the geometrical parameters of multiple selected future pixels are registered in the template table. In the matching process, a target image area with a fig… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
