Search for Phosphors for use in Displays and Lightings using Heuristics-based Combinatorial Materials Science

Abstract: Multi objective genetic algorithm assisted combinatorial material search (MOGACMS) strategies have been applied to multi-compositional inorganic oxide systems to search for new green phosphors as a cold cathode fluorescent lamp (CCFL) for a back light unit (BLU) in liquid crystal display (LCD) applications.
