Abstract:We investigate the possibility of detecting the leptophilic gauge boson Zx predicted by the U(1)Le-Lμ
model via the processes e+e-→ l+l-Zx(Zx→ l+l-) and e+e-→l+l-Zx(Zx→ νlνl) at the Circular Electron Positron Collider (CEPC) with the center of mass energy √s=240 GeV and the luminosity L=5.6 ab-1. We give the expected sensitivities of the CEPC to the parameter space at 1σ, 2σ ,3σ and 5σ levels. scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
