Searching Foreign Patents

Abstract: Technology accessible in foreign patent publications is important to the scientist, patent liaison person, patent attorney, and patent examiner. The increasing number of foreign patents and published applications due to normal growth and new patent laws has caused both industry and Patent Offices to seek better ways of dealing with this information.
