Abstract:This study focuses on investigating interfaces in perovskite solar cells (PSCs) fabricated by using two different deposition methods. One structure involves all-solution processing, with the photoactive layer spin-coated, and organic semiconductors for the hole and electron transporting layers (HTL and ETL). The other structure incorporates inorganic HTL and ETL layers deposited via magnetron sputtering. We analyze the interfaces using TOF-SIMS and SEM, comparing the two manufacturing approaches to understand … Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
