Abstract: Secretory carcinoma of the breast is a rare entity accounting for less than 1 % of all infiltrating breast carcinomas. Though initially considered as "juvenile breast carcinoma", due to its occurrence predominantly in pediatric population, it was later found to present in other age groups as well.
