Securitization, Emergency and the Rediscovery of Responsibility in Times of Pandemic: Analyzing Political Discourses from the European South

“…En segundo lugar, pese a las diferencias sustanciales que ambas leyes mantienen en su exposición de motivos y el contexto de su redacción, los dos textos han servido de marco jurídico en la toma de medidas para hacer frente a similares acontecimientos, en concreto, la crisis sanitaria de la covid-19.
