Abstract:As human settlements expand to lunar and Martian bases, optimizing food production in these environments becomes crucial. This study investigates the use of macroalgae, specifically Ulva lactuca L., as an affordable, sustainable approach for seed priming to enhance germination in extraterrestrial soils.
