Abstract

Two subcontractors were asked to develop specifications fc a computational approach to be used to help accomplish the objectives of :.ie SSMRP. This document represents the specifications developed by one of the sub contractors. The work was performed in close coordination with LLL but represents the approach suggested by the subcontractor. What the actual computational approach will be has yet to be determined and information developed in this subcontract will be used to help determine that approach.
