Selection of a system for automatic control of the sterilization process of canned food in an industrial autoclave

Abstract: The article proposes an automatic control system that meets the technical criteria of the technological process of sterilization of canned food in an industrial autoclave. The proposed algorithm of operation and the developed structure of the automatic process control system implement modern automatic control laws and take into account the mutual influence of control coordinates.
