Selection of training methods in systems dedicated to detection of chemical hazards

Abstract: The paper presents the process of training methods’ selection in systems dedicated to detection of chemical hazards. By examining most common training methods used in detection systems, authors indicates which of them are the most relevant to hazardous chemical substance detection systems, assuming that basic efforts focus on the system as the whole (mainly on detection components) rather than the training module.
