Abstract: Purpose: To compare the intraocular pressure lowering efficacy of selective laser trabeculoplasty to brimonidine tartrate 0.2%/timolol maleate 0.5% in patients with uncontrolled primary open-angle glaucoma on a prostaglandin analog alone.
