Self-selected duty cycle times for grip force, wrist flexion postures and three grip types

Abstract: Grip type, wrist posture, and exertion level can alter the effect of performance and discomfort in repetitive tasks. Careful consideration needs to be given to the choice of grip type in task design and its effects in conjunction with other risk factors such as level of force and awkward posture.
