Sensitive and selective determination of tolterodine tartrate and its electrochemical investigation on solid carbon based electrodes

Abstract: 9701 Tolterodine tartrate (TLT) is a muscarinic receptor antagonist which is used for the treatment of urinary incontinence. It has a good selectivity for the muscar inic receptors for the overactive bladder. TLT helps preferably geriatric population to control urinary fre quency, urgency, and incontinence in detrusor insta bility.
