This research was conducted to determine previous research trends regarding zakat regulation as well as the sentiment from these studies regarding the policy and implementation of zakat regulations in Indonesia. The methodology used in this research is a qualitative method with descriptive statistics on secondary data from 151 literature studies related to zakat regulation published and available on Dimensions.ai over a period of 7 years (2017-2023). The data analysis techniques used are meta-analysis and sentiment analysis which are processed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and SentiStrength software. Then, to reveal this problem in depth and comprehensively, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) study was also carried out. The research results show that the publication of scientific literature regarding zakat regulation in Indonesia continues to increase every year, indicating that this field is quite interesting to discuss for researchers and has extensive research space and continues to develop. This study can be used as a reference in identifying influential authors, articles and journals so that future researchers will find it easier to find references that have a big influence on the development of literature on zakat regulation in Indonesia. Apart from that, by knowing what things were criticized from the negative perceptions of previous researchers regarding the policy and practical application of zakat regulation in Indonesia, it is hoped that this research can become evaluation material for regulators and policy makers to revitalize existing regulations to realize their potential.

Government policy related to the Spin off of Islamic Banks is one of the efforts to develop and strengthen the role of Islamic banking. The purpose of this study is to see the extent of development and sentiment towards the Spin Off of Islamic Banks. The method used is descriptive statistical analysis combined with meta-analysis and sentiment from secondary data in the form of metadata from 45 Dimension indexed articles, then processed using Microsoft Excel 2019 and SentiStrenght software. The results of the analysis show that the topic of Islamic Bank Spin off has a neutral sentiment of 46.7% followed by a positive sentiment of 31.1% and a negative sentiment of 22.2%. In addition, factors that influence positive and negative sentiments towards the Islamic Bank Spin off were also found.

This research aims to analyze public sentiment regarding the development of green finance worldwide using primary data extracted from Twitter tweets. The research methodology employed is a qualitative approach with the utilization of Python Library software known as VADER (Valence Aware Dictionary and Sentiment Reasoner) to classify sentiments within these tweets. The findings of this study indicate that the majority of the public holds a positive sentiment of 60.2% towards green finance, followed by a neutral sentiment at 26.7%, and a negative sentiment at 13.1%. Some frequently mentioned keywords in the tweets include green finance, finance minister, sustainable finance, green energy, and green bond. The objective of this research is to provide a comprehensive overview of public perceptions of green finance, encompassing its positive aspects, advantages, potentials, and benefits, while also identifying potential weaknesses and threats associated with negative perceptions of green finance. With a better understanding of public sentiment, it is hoped that relevant stakeholders can take appropriate actions to strengthen the green finance ecosystem and raise awareness and support for sustainable finance.
