Separation Surgery in the Treatment of Spinal Metastasis

Abstract: The life expectancy of patients with advanced cancer has been prolonged with the development of systemic treatment technology. Spinal metastasis is one of the common ways of metastasis of advanced tumors, leading to spinal cord compression and compression fractures, which often lead to a significant reduction in patients’ quality of life and physical function.
