Sequential Treatment of Extreme Maxillary Hypoplasia: A Historical Patient Report of an Edentulous Adult Patient With Ankyloglossia

Abstract: Introduction:The management of multiple dimensions in orthognathic surgery often requires careful planning. Too large discrepancies could require a sequential procedure to make alignment of the archs possible. Report of case: The authors report a case of a 30-year-old partially edentulous man with severe maxillary hypoplasia caused by an untreated ankyloglossia.
