Serial fetal lung volume measurement using three‐dimensional ultrasound

Abstract: Our computerized system has the capacity to be used in conjunction with any standard two-dimensional ultrasound scanner in order to measure volume. Lung volume measurement may be useful in predicting pulmonary hypoplasia.
