Serum adiponectin is a negative predictor of central arterial stiffness in kidney transplant patients

Abstract: Our study suggests that fasting serum adiponectin is negatively associated with carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity, hence arterial stiffness, in kidney transplant patients.
