Abstract:Background: Non-ST elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) patients like other patients with acute coronary syndrome (ACS) need assessment of severity of coronary artery disease (CAD) for prognostication and management. The available scoring systems are complex and include invasive parameters.
