Service framework calls for cultural shift

Abstract

The National Service Framework (NSF) for Children, Young People and Maternity Services was officially launched on 15 September 2004, and is receiving a positive welcome with endorsements by the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) (RCM, 2004) and the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) (RCOG, 2004).
