Several Simple Mathematical Models for the Bending Actuation of a Single-Layer Polypyrrole Actuator

Abstract: Abstract-Several simple mathematical models are developed in this paper, which are used to describe the bending actuation of a single layer polypyrrole actuator, especially for the tip deflection. All the results are compared with the experimental result which was gotten in previous research. The Comparison result shows that the bending actuation of a single layer polypyrrole actuator can be describe by different simple functions.
