Abstract:Introduction: We report a challenging case of autoimmune encephalitis in a patient with a thymoma harboring titin and acetylcholine receptor antibodies, who experienced multiple relapses despite thymectomy and aggressive first-line immunotherapy, and for whom GABAA receptor antibodies were ultimately identified.
