“…The qPCR reactions were carried out using the SsoAdvanced Universal SYBR® Green Supermix (Bio‐Rad) on the Bio‐Rad CFX Connect instrument. Thermocycling conditions used for the qPCR analysis of all genes were as follows: 95 °C for 15 min, followed by 40 cycles of 94 °C for 10 s, 60 °C for 20 s, and 72 °C for 32 s (conditions developed by Mu et al 2015).
