Abstract:Introduction
SAPHO syndrome is a group of special syndromes characterized by synovitis, acne, pustulosis, hyperostosis and osteitis. Skin lesions and joint damage are the main clinical manifestations. Among them, females mostly present with palm toe pustulosis, while males have severe acne as the main external manifestation.
