Sexuality Research, Ethics and

Abstract: Ethics intersects with sexuality research in two ways, first as a topic of study and second as a way to perform research on sexuality. Research on ethics and sex or sexuality has focused on political issues as they have arisen. This entry discusses types of research on sex and sexuality that involve ethics like research supporting LGBTQ rights or sex education, as well as how one does research on sex and sexuality in an ethical way.
