Abstract:Clustering problems are prevalent in areas such as transport and partitioning. Owing to the demand for centralized storage and limited resources, a complex variant of this problem has emerged, also referred to as the weakly balanced constrained clustering (WBCC) problem. Clusters must satisfy constraints regarding cluster weights and connectivity. However, existing methods fail to guarantee cluster connectivity in diverse scenarios, thereby resulting in additional transportation costs. In response to the afore… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
