Abstract:We present the open-source software package, SHORYUKEN (Streamlined High-level Operations in Real-space to Yield, Understand, and Keep Exchange in Nanowires), for calculating nonlocal exchange interactions in nanowires with arbitrary geometries, sizes, doping densities, and compositions.
