Abstract:Background: Post-transplant cyclophosphamide (PTCY) is increasingly used for allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (allo-PBSCT) from an HLA-matched unrelated donor (MUD) as an alternative to the standard anti-thymocyte globulin (ATG) graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) prophylaxis.
