The task is heavier owing to the number of students per class, a teaching task divided among several schools and the teacher's involvement in extracurricular activities (Aubin, 2017;Cruz & Li, 2009), not to mention the isolation of PHE teachers (Leroux, Beaudoin, Grenier, Turcotte, & Rivard, 2016).
