Simulation Model for Direct Laser Writing of Metallic Microstructures Composed of Silver Nanoparticles

Abstract: Three-dimensional metallic microstructures find applications as stents in medicine, as ultrabroadband antennas in communications, in micromechanical parts, or as structures of more fundamental interest in photonics like metamaterials.
